Highlights of this menu include its aromatic samsui ginger chicken, rich mui choy (preserved mustard greens) braised pork belly, and fragrant egg fried rice. 2. Tiffin Room

Embark on a gastronomic voyage at Tiffin Room and indulge in its new menu. From now until January 27, 2022, its new Flavours of Rajasthan menu showcases a culinary feast of iconic delights, inspired by chef Kuldeep Negi’s personal travels to Rajasthan, India. Look forward to North Indian delicacies, such as the Banjara Gosht, which puts the spotlight on succulent lamb chops with fragrant onions, coriander seeds, and cardamom; Dal Batti Churma which features earthy yellow lentil curry with wheat dough balls and ghee; and Murgh Mokul, which feature tender chicken breasts cooked in yogurt. 3. Koal

Its diverse spread features both Asian and Western flavours, such as the salmon with rich kimchi butter sauce; crispy pork riblets in mala honey glaze; and succulent Iberico pork chop. Gourmands can also complement their grilled delights with flavourful sauces—a crowd favourite is the Yakiniku no Tare with aromatic confit garlic. End the meal on a sweet note with its hojicha (roasted Japanese green tea) and whisky tiramisu.
