In a specially curated Anniversary Menu, Alma by Juan Amador proudly celebrates six years of operations and four consecutive years of retaining its one Michelin star status. Although slightly on the dearer side, the elevated menu certainly lives up to its price tag. Dine in style and choose between the special five-course lunch & dinner menu.

Teaching customers that the finer things in life need not remain out of reach, Chef Amador’s classic Beurre Blanc, a French butter sauce ice-cream starter, combines the sweetness of oyster and the saltiness of Russian caviar into a welcomed creation that pushes your tastebuds to the limit. Pair this with Chef Haikal’s Swordfish ‘Toro’, an aged swordfish belly sashimi, cured for three days in salt, sugar, lemon and an orange mixture to yield umami slices with an iridescent shimmer. For an even rarer bite, try your hand at the Mieral Pigeon, a tender and juicy pigeon breast topped with a crust of aromatic purple curry and paired with coconut puree, diced fresh mangoes and pigeon jus. Contrary to popular belief, Mexican food holds a vibrant selection and history that extends beyond mere tacos and salsa.
