The cocktail menu has been curated by Le Mack, taking inspiration from his trip to Tokyo. It features "cha cha twist" (sake, genmaicha, soda) and "for Mitch’s sake" (sake, lemon, agave syrup, soda), a meant to be combination for the lunch & bubbles menu.

Start the feast with a refreshing chilled seafood and sashimi platter, which includes the Canadian lobster, Alaskan king crab and more, followed by the succulent, and tender braised beef short ribs. Lastly, Cruise will sweeten your day up with its exclusive “coconuts in Paris", a Paris–Brest served with coconut ice cream and crispy coconut.
