Cuisine Cuisine, Tsui Hang Village and Yunyan to offer hearty warming dishes to combat the cold
Four Miramar Group restaurants – Cuisine Cuisine in IFC, Tsui Hang Village in Central and Tsim Sha Tsui, and Yunyan in Tsim Sha Tsui – have launched a series of heart-warming winter dishes to help combat the increasingly cooler weather. Diners can look forward to creations ranging from hot pots to stews and snake soup, with highlights including:
- Traditional braised assorted snake soup at Cuisine Cuisine
- Stewed brisket of mutton, and preserved duck with taro at Tsui Hang Village
- Sichuan hot soup pots (cat fish, lamb’s brisket, chicken with sliced matsutake and fresh Chinese yam) at Yunyan
The dishes at Cuisine Cuisine are available now until January 31, 2013, while the special winter dishes at Tsui Hang Village and Yunyan are available from December 1 to January 31, 2013.
