A favourite among the dim sum crowd, the restaurant also serves an à la carte menu that covers the usual cold dishes and hot soups, superior bird's nest, shark's fin and abalone, as well as popular seafood, meat and rice dishes. In addition, there's an excellent selection of vegetarian dishes. Among the house specialities is the double-boiled superior shark's fin with chicken and the combination of deep-fried prawn wrapped with shredded potato and deep-fried scallop with mashed taro, both visually appealing and palate pleasing. An unusual but delicious pairing is the roasted chicken with taro curd sauce. For a Cantonese restaurant, the wine list isn't half bad and covers many of the wine-growing regions. There's also champagne available although house pours are rather limited.
