Those who want to purchase a bottle should head to the retail store, where you’ll find a variety of sips categorised according to feelings and moods. Grab something from ‘Goss-Sip’ if you feel like having a fun night out with friends, ‘Plate Mates’ for a bottle to pair with food, ‘Frankie Says Relax’ for a vino that will help you unwind, or ‘Cry Me a River’ for a medium- to full-bodied expression to drown your sorrows away.
Since you’re already at the retail corner, you might want to check out the extensive selection of 30 kinds of cheese (which always pair well with wines). You have the usual suspects like the Brie de Meaux and the Double Glouchester onion & chives, but keep a look out for the Graceburn, a rare unpasteurised cheese produced in limited quantities.

When you dine at the 52-seater wine bar, you’ll be able to explore a variety of wines featured in the state-of-the-art 24-bottle wine dispenser—and available in three pour sizes (30ml, 90ml and 150ml). It’s so easy to get started when all you need to do is scan the QR code and follow a few simple steps. The difficult part though is choosing which wines to start with, as there are so many enticing pours from the likes of Italian winery Gaja, known for its revolutionary winemaking; Vega Sicillia, a notable winery in Spain; and Caymus Vineyards, one with roots dating back to the 1850s.

The wine programme is complemented by an all-day menu that pairs well with wines. Dig into the likes of Salt-N-Pepa squid, tempura squid served with black ink mayo; crab cake, crab meat mingled with coriander, red chilli, Spanish onions and chives; and ribeye steak topped with bearnaise sauce or pepper.

Vin Geek might be our new hangout place in the heart of Orchard thanks to its great variety of wines and a delicious menu to boot.
