Lobster Bar and Grill

Island Shangri-La’s Lobster Bar and Grill recently launched an online takeaway and delivery service, offering the establishment’s beloved seafood, burgers and desserts.

Take your pick of gourmet pies: fish pie with whole lobster, beef bourguignon cottage pie and triple chocolate mud pie, to name a few.

Louise

Louise is offering caviar, lobster, and champagne this Valentine’s day. The set for two includes five courses, with the option to add champagne to your menu.

To start, you’ll begin with 50 grams of Oscietra caviar served with condiments and blinis. This is followed by a Brittany blue lobster bisque, and a roasted Hong Kong yellow chicken as the main dish, paired with Niigata rice ‘en cocotte’ and salad. To finish, you’ll be enjoying a Le Fraiser Louise—a delicious strawberry cake.

Louise’s Valentine’s day menu is available for delivery and pick up from 5:30pm to 8pm on February 14. Learn more about the menu here.

Ecriture

Ecriture’s specially created heart-shaped tart with caviar and uni will add pizzazz to any Valentine’s Day meal at home.

The creation is made with of Royal Caviar Club Schrenckii caviar, Hokkaido sea urchin, kabu bavaroise and beurre blanc in a buckwheat tart shell.

Poem

Balinese restaurant Poem is offering a Valentine’s Day menu bringing the flavours of the Island of Gods straight to your dining table. 

On the menu, you’ll find a Jimbaran pan-seared red prawns with caramelised banana shallots; slow-cooked pork belly with fennel salad; a roasted red snapper; char-grilled striploin with traditional island-style risotto and crispy garlic; and a dessert that will be a “chef’s surprise”, to name some of the dishes on offer.
