The pop-up restaurant at Gardens by the Bay will feature a bespoke menu curated by revered chef Yannick Alléno which includes French dishes enriched with his contemporary sauces

Love is definitely in the air this week. If you’re looking to romance your partner with an unforgettable dining experience in Singapore, book your seats at the Orient Express pop-up restaurant located at Gardens by the Bay, which runs from February 12 to 14.

While the five- and seven-course bespoke menus were crafted by renowned French chef Yannick Alléno—dubbed the “champion of sauces”—the kitchen is helmed by Singapore-based chef Sebastien Lefort, who had worked closely with Alléno for 15 years.

Bring an appetite as the night’s repertoire will feature the likes of celeriac extraction jelly crowned with black truffles; delectably sweet King Crab meat encased within a farmhouse cream made with blueberry vinegar and nori broth; and impossibly tender Gunman Wagyu grade 5 beef that is grilled to perfection. These are, of courses, cooked using seasonal premium ingredients sourced from France.

And to end the meal on a sweet note, dig into the decadent dessert comprising a milky rich mousse served with coffee ice cream sandwich, and finished with a sprinkle of chocolate and pistachio bits. The meal comes with a complimentary glass of Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial. Book here.
