Valentine's Day is just around the corner. And even if you're not loved up, we see the occasion as a good of excuse as any to indulge in the city's best eats. With social distancing rules currently in place in Hong Kong until February 3––and these looking likely to be extended until February 14––although restaurants are not able to be open for dinner service, there are still plenty of lunch sets and takeaway options to enjoy.
Plus, as the day of love this year falls on the same weekend as Chinese New Year, we have a long weekend to look forward to. So in between celebrating with family and friends to ring in the Year of the Ox, be sure to book in for one of these romantic meals.
Located in The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, two-Michelin-starred Amber is always sure to impress. Helmed by executive chef Richard Ekkebus, for Valentine’s Day the restaurant will be offering two special set lunch menus––a five course option including free flow of pre-selected champagne, white and red wine; and the six-course Full Amber Experience, which is complete with a glass of Dom Perignon.
When: February 14, 2021
