The coffee bean speciality shop will offer unique one-on-one bespoke coffee experiences

Good news for Hong Kong’s coffee-loving crowd: Koffee Mameya, the sister brand of the cult coffee bar Omotesando Koffee, is opening its first overseas store at K11 Musea—the city’s newest culture-retail destination in Tsim Sha Tsui. Curated by Eiichi Kunitomo, who is known as one of Japan’s most influential master baristas, this speciality coffee store is dedicated to elevating coffee culture with a focus on the world’s finest coffee beans and roasters.

Joining K11 Musea’s stellar line-up of restaurants and coffee houses (such as Cobo House, Artisan Lounge, Blooms Coffee, % Arabica and George Coffee), Koffee Mameya will be offering an “haute couture” coffee experience, which comes with a one-one-consultation with Japanese expert barista to select the right beans and recipes for a perfect cup of coffee that suits your taste. What’s more, the baristas will prescribe the best coffee beans based on the guest’s taste preferences, offering expert tips and detailed recipes on how to brew artisanal coffees at home.

The new space will also feature a premium range of coffee beans that perfectly roasted to differing degrees, including the finest geisha coffee beans and the rarest micro-lot coffees. Coffee connoisseurs will also find coffee selections by Eiichi Kunitomo at the shop, which are exclusively available at the Hong Kong branch. To enjoy the bespoke coffee experience, make a reservation via K11 HK App on iOS or Android.
