To support the meaningful cause of Hong Kong Herediatary Breast Cancer Family Registry (The Registry), the champagne house joins forces with dining concepts to debut Pink Dessert Campaign 2015

Partnering with restaurant group Gaia Group and French boutique restaurant Maison Es, champagne house Perrier-Jouët is offering special promotions of quality champagne and decadent sweet treats to help those are in need.

The unique pairing of champagnes and desserts help to raise funds for the High Risk Breast Cancer Programme (HRBCP) in providing free access of genetic screening and consultation for the underprivileged, high-risk breast cancer patients and their families.

This meaningful campaign allows those with a sweet-tooth to savour tantalising desserts with quality champagne as well as to support The Registry’s vital work in research and cancer awareness programmes.

From October 1 to 31, Gaia Ristorante and Joia Ristorante offer the scrumptious combination of Perrier-Jouët Balson Rose paired with pink sabayon with fresh berries and tulip cookie, Isola will be presenting Perrier-Jouët Balson Rose with Think Pink – an Italian meringue dessert with raspberries.

Also partnering with Perrier-Jouët is contemporary French restaurant Maison Es, in which the two collaborate to present a unique drink named “Spring Time”, which hints at the refreshing characteristics of spring with a hint of mint. This promotion is available from October 1 to November 30.
