The Italian restaurant presents a new satisfying brunch menu and free-flow alcohol

Helmed by group executive chef Angelo Vecchio, Aria presents a new weekend brunch with a scrumptious Italian spread of antipasti, seafood, choice of main, desserts and free-flow alcohol package.

Choose from nine tempting main courses, including Japanese Kagoshima wagyu rib eye steak and truffle crisp, grilled Australian black Angus striploin or roast organic corn-fed chicken. Perfect for sharing, lasagna on Saturdays and Sunday Roast are also on offer at an additional cost.

Complete your brunch experience with the free-flow alcohol package. With prices ranging from HK$268 to HK$688, guests can enjoy free-flow alcohol, selected cocktails and premium champagnes for any two hours between 12 noon and 3 pm every Saturday and Sunday.
