This holiday season, Zuma Hong Kong is once again injecting the festive spirit into their exclusive dining experiences.
Zuma’s talented culinary team have created a unique dining experience during the festive season, featuring a scrumptious range of a la carte and signature dishes to share. Leading the way is the festive daikoku tasting menu (HK$1,280), available from 24th December 2021 until 2nd January 2022. The menu includes a Japanese holiday festival-inspired cocktail, the Omatsuri Fizz (HK$140), concocted by Zuma Hong Kong bar manager Lorenzo Coppola, who took inspiration to create this festive blend by using classic wintery ingredients such as cinnamon, chocolate and rum, incorporating a unique twist with Japanese yuzu and topped with cream for a snowy white finish to invoke a true sense of the holiday season. This joyous and celebratory feast would not be complete without a grand finale from executive pastry Chef Eddy Lee—the Kyoto carrot cake with caramelised figs and rum ice cream will without a doubt guarantee the sweetest end to your celebration.
On 24th and 25th December, Zuma is also treating sophisticated gastronauts to its legendary Yashoku Night Brunch (from HK$1,080) in the sixth-floor lounge and bar. The feast, usually on Saturdays only, will be extended this year to include Christmas Eve too. Guests can expect to have their taste buds tantalised with Zuma’s signature dishes, free-flow Veuve Clicquot champagne, sake and beers in an elegant setting brimming with holiday spirit.
There is no better way to celebrate the merriest of days than with Hong Kong’s favourite family-friendly Weekend Brunch (from HK$988). The festive edition weekend brunch will take place on 25th and 26th December, offering Japanese delicacies and a delightful dessert platter featuring a molten chocolate cake and gingerbread pudding with toffee sauce. Santa’s Grotto will be available for the little ones to visit throughout the weekend, and on 25th December only, a very special guest is expected to make a surprise visit.
