The collaboration includes a series of unique four-hands champagne brunches, set against serene waterfront views
Looking out over the sprawling Fullerton heritage precinct and Marina Bay is Mediterranean restaurant Riviera’s elegant lounge. Here sets the extraordinary scene for an equally unique brunch experience. The World Gourmet Summit puts a welcome twist on travel plans by going local, conceptualising a never-before-seen lineup of four-hands champagne brunches, introducing brunch aficionados to an elevated style of dining.

The result? A memorable nostalgic yet contemporary affair that keeps you coming back for more.
PasirPanjangBoy’s unique private dining concept is known for being fully booked at least three months in advance due to popular demand and limited space. It’s no big shocker, considering the personable and hilarious private chef duo, Chefs Tinoq Russell Goh and Dylan Chan. Bringing you than just your usual eating fare, this cosmetic stylist pair are veritable entertainers, known for their charming yet down-to-earth personalities. Their charisma and passion for great presentations push them to curate a genuine ‘makan at home’ experience.
