The Langham Presents "Moments In Bloom" Mooncakes
This Mid-Autumn festival, three Michelin starred T'ang Court will be presenting two classic flavours of mooncakes, each carefully crafted by master chef Kwong Wai Keung from his exclusive recipes. All of the ingredients used are meticulously selected to ensure the utmost quality, then combined to create a flavoursome mooncake that will treat your taste buds.
The first flavour offered is the delectable white lotus seed paste mooncake with double egg yolks, made using the best ingredients to create an authentic flavour. The second is the sought-after mini custard mooncake with egg yolk, which is a classic treat perfect for sharing with friends and family. Both of these mooncakes honour traditional flavours and will elevate the Mid-Autumn experience. The mooncakes will be presented in a new wooden jewellery box adorned with peonies in full bloom, making them the ideal gift for family and friends.
