Dining out: Kinship

When: November 28 and December 1
It’s a full-out Thanksgiving affair at Kinship, presented family style by chef owners Chris Grare and Arron Rhodes. The restaurant’s first ever Thanksgiving three-course menu will feature classic delights such as chicken and potato potage, slow-cooked turkey breast with confit leg, parsnip and mulberry jus, pumpkin ricotta tortellini and apple pie crumble with cinnamon ice cream.
On December 1, chef Chris Grare will join hands with two guest chefs, including chef Ferran Tadeo from La Rambla by Catalunya and Chef Simone McLean from JIA Group to present a special “FRIENDSgiving” feast.
A celebration of international flavours, diners can expect Mexican family-style appetisers such as pork belly tostada, American classic turkey roulade, slow-cooked iberico lamb shoulder and peanut butter mousse, along with fall cocktails created by guests mixologists Chanel Adams and John Nugent.
