It’s a full-out Thanksgiving affair at Kinship, presented family style by chef owners Chris Grare and Arron Rhodes. The restaurant’s first ever Thanksgiving three-course menu will feature classic delights such as chicken and potato potage, slow-cooked turkey breast with confit leg, parsnip and mulberry jus, pumpkin ricotta tortellini and apple pie crumble with cinnamon ice cream.
On December 1, chef Chris Grare will join hands with two guest chefs, including chef Ferran Tadeo from La Rambla by Catalunya and Chef Simone McLean from JIA Group to present a special “FRIENDSgiving” feast.
A celebration of international flavours, diners can expect Mexican family-style appetisers such as pork belly tostada, American classic turkey roulade, slow-cooked iberico lamb shoulder and peanut butter mousse, along with fall cocktails created by guests mixologists Chanel Adams and John Nugent.

Inspired by Southern-American and Italian-American flavours, Frank’s Thanksgiving feast this year will kick off with chef Darnell’s signature homemade burrata and pizzeria insalata, followed by the holiday classic—a juicy roasted turkey, served with turkey gravy and cranberry sauce.
Sides include honey glazed brussels sprouts, classic mac and cheese, buttermilk biscuits, garlic mashed potato and homemade fennel sausage stuffing—be sure to save room for the Oreo cookie pie and classic apple crumble.

Soho’s popular Italian American osteria returns with a sumptuous gourmet menu for Thanksgiving this year, kicking off the festive season with authentic holiday classics made with locally-sourced and organic ingredients.
Diners will be served Posto’s comforting veal meatballs and homemade burrata, before tucking into a garlic butter roasted turkey served with all the traditional trimmings. Round off your meal with a pumpkin pie square or homemade chocolate chip cookie and add a two-hour free flow package to extend the celebration.

Make your guests feel at home this Thanksgiving with The Mandarin Oriental's festive turkey hampers, which come in two two sizes, featuring a roasted turkey weighing 7kg or 10kg.
The roasted turkey is marinated using a secret seasoning for 24 hours and is served with traditional trimmings as well as cranberry sauce, giblet gravy and stuffing. An alternative option of glazed ham is available in place of turkey, served with sweet potato mash and Madeira sauce.
End the night of gratitude on a sweet note with a pumpkin pie and salted butter pecan pie, which can be ordered at an additional charge (but why wouldn’t you?).

Dining in on Thanksgiving is cosier than ever with AMMO’s homestyle festive packages, featuring a 4.5kg turkey set and a 3kg Australian prime rib set to be shared among six to eight people.
