Savour an authentic and sensational cooking show at Sagano in Tsim Sha Tsui
Hotel Nikko in Tsim Sha Tsui East is launching a live teppanyaki cooking show at Sagano, the hotel’s signature Japanese restaurant. Each session will be limited to 12 diners, who will be able to watch the teppanyaki chefs showcase their culinary skills. A seven-course set menu comprising teppanyaki beef sirloin, foie gras, prawns, fried rice and sakura shrimp along with assorted sashimi and vegetables is available for lunch at the price of HK$480 per person.
The dinner menu (priced at HK$1,080 per person) will feature nine-courses, with special Shinsengumi fried rice inspired by warriors of the late Edo period in Japan. There are six more different teppanyaki set dinner menus and a la carte options available, highlighting quality ingredients such as wagyu beef, lobster, abalone also prepared by the chefs in front of diners.
