More than three-quarters of the participating restaurants will be new to the festival, with some old favourites returning

Taste of Hong Kong, presented by Standard Chartered, will be back for the third year running in 2018, held once more at Central Harbourfront. Between March 22—25, 2018, the festival will host a series of culinary experiences, including workshops, a gourmet market, live music and, of course, a line-up of dishes from a refreshed pool of participating restaurants:

Black Salt

Bo Innovation

Caprice

Chachawan

Duddell’s

Forbidden Duck

Frantzen’s Kitchen

Haku

Happy Paradise

Little Bao

New Punjab Club

Okra

One Harbour Road

Pici

Poem Patisserie

Zuma

There will be more restaurants announced soon, including a visiting international restaurant. Our sources suggest it’s a cult favourite from London, so watch this space for the reveal.

Tickets will be on sale from December 11, 2017 at www.ticketflap.com/tastehongkong2018
