Alternatively, book ahead for the restaurant's new lunch tasting menu

Due to the current dining restrictions, two-Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant Arbor has extended the lunch service hours and added an omakase lunch menu crafted with seasonal produce, taking inspiration from the meeting of Nordic and Japanese cuisine.

On top of that, chef Eric Räty has also curated a takeaway à la carte menu titled "Arbor at Home", which encompasses a decadent pigeon foie gras pie with onion chutney and pigeon jus, perfect to impress your guests in the comfort of your own home (HK$1,200 for two to four persons). The pie comes with simple reheating instructions, allowing guests to recreate the Nordic-Japanese magic of Arbor in their own kitchen with just a few steps.

Previously a pastry chef, Räty's signature bread and sweet items are not to be missed either, including the miso-seaweed brioche, madeleines infused with sake lees and lime zest, and the "So Much Soy" dessert made with black beans, Fukuoka soy sauce and duck egg yolk.

Delivery service is available for HK$150 within Hong Kong Island, and HK$250 in Kowloon. Diners are advised to place their orders 48 hours in advance, which can be picked up by 4:30pm or delivered by 6pm every day.
