Takeaway and delivery services are now available at Épure, Tsim Sha Tsui

Catering to those who may not want to venture out for a sit-down meal but still find themselves craving for posh nosh, Michelin-starred Épure presents a refined takeaway à la carte menu titled “ÉPURE à la Maison,” where newly appointed chef de cuisine Fabien Vergé has selected some of the restaurant's most-loved dishes to allow diners to mix and match a meal that best suits their tastes.

The takeaway menu includes appetisers such as the signature mini baguette and black pepper cheese croissant, duck foie gras terrine, homemade smoked salmon, and the seriously moreish Paris mushroom soup. The large-portioned main courses are designed for up to four persons, including the roasted ‘Poularde’ Mieral chicken and the all-time favourite beef wellington.

Guests can also complement the main courses with side dishes like potato gratin dauphinoise and sautéed winter vegetables. Each takeaway package comes with simple reheating instructions, enabling guests to enjoy exceptional dishes fresh and warm from the comfort of their home. Delivery service is available at HK$150 within Kowloon and HK$250 in Hong Kong Island; free delivery is available for orders of HK$1,500 or above. Diners are advised to place their orders 24 hours in advance, which can be picked up or delivered by 6pm every day.
