Sunset Grill Launches Sustainable Fresh Caviar Promotion
Sourcing sustainably and responsibly is part of the ethos of Sunset Grill at Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung. The restaurant is now offering dishes that features Italian Calvisius caviar on the menu for the first time for a limited period until the end of October. Calvisius caviar is farm-raised, allowing Sunset Grill to support the repopulation of sturgeon stock across the world, as well as saving an Italian sturgeon species native to the Adriatic Sea.
Sturgeon are raised in pure Italian spring waters from local rivers and given organic feed, creating an environment as close to their natural habitat as possible. Caviar prepared with the Malossol method is featured, which means it is fresher, more delicate, and purer in taste. Dishes on offer includes caviar blinis, sautéed razor clam with Italian Calvisius caviar, and Chilean sea bass with Calvisius caviar.
