Steik World Meats’ Welsh Beef

Steik World Meats, the gourmet steak restaurant in K11 shopping mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, is famous for offering a wide variety of steaks from all over the world and this month, the focus is on meats from Wales. The organic pedigreed Aberdeen Angus dry-aged beef is dry aged in the restaurant’s own dry-aged fridge for 12-14 days and is available as sirloin or rib-eye, in 12oz or 14oz portions. There is also organic Duroc pork (served as a duo of tenderloin and pork belly) and free-range chicken (as a chicken fricassee) available for non-steak lovers.
