Sabatini, at Tsim Sha Tsui east's Royal Garden Hotel, welcomes two renowned guest chefs
Located on the third floor of the Royal Garden Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui East, Sabatini serves up exquisite Italian fare in a setting that is warm and inviting. This week, the restaurant is welcoming an ensemble of guest chefs including one of Sabatini Ristorante Italiano’s founders, Francesco Sabatini. Together with his brothers Salvatore and Silvestro, they established the first Sabatini restaurant in 1954 in Rome and have brought their exquisite cuisine worldwide since then. Joining Francesco will be Sabatini Shanghai’s executive chef, Valentino Palmisano. Together, they have designed a very special menu exclusively for Sabatini at the Royal Garden. Highlights from this menu include:
- home made scialatielli with lobster and ricotta cheese
- chocolate ravioli filled with duck and foie gras sauce
- short rib of beef glazed with blueberry sauce
- sea bream with brown potatoes, bone marrow and sauce of cassis
- tobacco souffle with red wine granita
This special menu will be available from June 23 to June 30.
