If you’re looking for some hot and fiery food to spice up your life, Yunyan in Tsim Sha Tsui has a range of enticing Sichuan specialities that are sure to whet your appetite. Yunyan’s chefs have come up with a seasonal fish menu, incorporating Sichuan peppercorns, blistered green chilies and other traditional Sichuan condiments. The refreshing fish delicacies include:

- yellow croaker fillets and lettuce asparagus topped with Yunnan fungi and wasabi sesame sauce (HK$78)

- sour cabbage and fish skin wonton in chicken consommé (HK$60 per person)
