Not only is Solaire Resort an entertainment mecca but it is also a dining destination. From Yakumi’s Japanese expertise, to the bold yet delicate mastery of Chinese cuisine at Red Lantern, or Finestra’s sophisticated Italian fare, there is no shortage of crave-able meals to be had.
Just recently, Finestra’s team collaborated with Auro chocolate in creating a six-course tasting menu featuring premium cacao from the Philippines throughout each and every dish. Effortlessly, they proved that chocolate is not solely meant for sweet tooths. Entitled “Chocolate Harvest: Farm-to-Table Degustation,” the partnership was just our first taste of what is yet to come. We were given word that there is an ongoing and continued collaboration between the accoladed chocolate brand and Solaire, with many more delicious events and experiences in the pipeline for us, soon.

Their latest F&B adventure delves into the world of fine liquor this time around. Solaire is hosting its first-ever whisky festival from May 18 to May 22 throughout 50 unique events at Finestra, Yakumi, Red Lantern, Waterside, Fresh, Oasis, Dragon Bar, Whisky Bar, and Baccarat Room & Bar. Throughout the must-not-miss five-day festival, guests will be treated to 10 of the world’s most sought-after whisky brands through masterclasses and meal pairings designed to awaken and intrigue the senses.
