Not only is Solaire Resort an entertainment mecca but it is also a dining destination. From Yakumi’s Japanese expertise, to the bold yet delicate mastery of Chinese cuisine at Red Lantern, or Finestra’s sophisticated Italian fare, there is no shortage of crave-able meals to be had.
Just recently, Finestra’s team collaborated with Auro chocolate in creating a six-course tasting menu featuring premium cacao from the Philippines throughout each and every dish. Effortlessly, they proved that chocolate is not solely meant for sweet tooths. Entitled “Chocolate Harvest: Farm-to-Table Degustation,” the partnership was just our first taste of what is yet to come. We were given word that there is an ongoing and continued collaboration between the accoladed chocolate brand and Solaire, with many more delicious events and experiences in the pipeline for us, soon.
