This June, Aulis is launching an exclusive pop-up experience at the Hong Kong outpost. For four Sundays starting June 7, guests can reserve Aulis Hong Kong for an exclusive dining experience on four Sundays throughout the month of June, where a unique dining experience features London’s original Aulis’ signature dishes, crafted by the restaurant's executive chef Oli Marlow.

The Aulis London pop-up will present the establishment’s more social dishes, presented as a choice between a three- or five- course menu. The pop-up highlights include salmon muffin (homemade English muffins with orange and beetroot-cured salmon); chicken waffle with birch sap butter; pork head crumpets; and desserts such as warm earl grey-infused cherry cake and custard-filled pine doughnuts. A selection of beverages are available at the Aulis London pop-up, including Simon Rogan’s Anvil beer, brewed in the Lake District in London, as well as homemade lemonade, coffee, or tea.  
 
The Aulis London pop-up event is available for by reservation only, and guests can enjoy the Aulis experience in two-hour sessions, available in seven sessions from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. The three-course menu is priced at HK$280 per person and HK$450 for five courses. Reservations are available here.
