The Ritz-Carlton’s restaurant presents a new seafood dinner buffet
How many varieties of seafood would you be able to name from the upcoming seafood dinner buffet presented by Café 103 at the Ritz-Carlton, Tsim Sha Tsui? The new seafood station offers an enormous variety of crustaceans from around the world including Boston lobster, Pacific swimmer carbs, jumbo river prawns, and snow crab legs, just to name a few. The seafood station aside, there’s also a new seafood martini station featuring items such as crab, salmon, or scallops, served in a martini glass topped with a choice of caviar or crab roe.
Not only are the seafood options served from the cold bar, but there’s also a western hot station, highlighting dishes such as
- hot smoked Iceland Plaice fillet
- baked scallop in Mornay sauce
- stuffed green mussels with bacon, parsley, and onions
There is also the Chinese hot station offering classic dishes such as wok-fried crabmeat with garlic, pepper, andstir-fried tiger prawn coated with salted egg yolk.
The seafood buffet is available for dinner Monday to Sunday priced at HK$588.
