To mark its 10th anniversary, Mosaic is offering up a ten-talising spread of international cuisine

Mosaic at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur is hosting a special Sunday brunch for its guests throughout the month of October in celebration of its 10th anniversary. The weekly buffet features a wide variety of local and international cuisines, served via interactive live cooking stations. One of the highlights is the impressive selection of seafood including freshly shucked oysters, poached prawns, crayfish, scallop, slipper lobster, clams and blue mussels.

At the Indian station, one can expect 10 varieties of curry, including 10 Spices Fish Head Curry, Kari Nyonya Itik Melaka and Thai Green Chicken Curry. These curries can be accompanied by freshly made naans and pappadum alongside aromatic chutneys and pickles.

Pun-lovers and fans of wordplay are in for a treat at the Western station where Ten-der Baked Salmon in Puff Pastry, Ten Spice Baby Chicken, Beef Ten-derloin Wellington, Ten-layer Lasagna, and Ten Hours Slow Roasted Prime Rib await.

But the on thing you should not miss is the Nasi Lemak—there's not one but 10 interpretations of the national dish. Think Nasi Lemak Cobb Salad, Vietnamese Roll Nasi Lemak with Poached Prawn Salad, Rendang Nasi Lemak Maki Rolls, Nasi Lemak Cheesecake and even Rice Pudding Nasi Lemak.

We chose to feature Nasi Lemak as it’s a well-loved dish and we wanted to delight guests with our 10 creative interpretations of it," says Foo Mei Shawn, communication executive of Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur. "We’ve received great feedback on our Nasi Lemak Risotto as well as the design of our dainty nasi lemak-inspired pastries."

Children born on October 10, 2011 get to eat free, and every group of 10 paying diners will be allowed two additional complimentary diners.
