Brasserie 25, a French-inspired, pork-free restaurant in Hotel Stripes, has introduced a new menu titled 'We Grill, You Chill'. What's included? Bottomless mocktails, a barbeque selection of meats and vegetables, and British-inspired dessert.

To begin, diners are served Brasserie 25's iconic welcome drink, the Downtown Fizz that's made with jasmine, lychee and Kickapoo soda. Diners are then served with an array of sizzling treats such as tender black pepper beef ribs, grilled lamb, crispy fried chickens, chilli dogs, and fish and chips. The menu also includes slightly charred vegetable kebabs, grilled corn, salads in jars, crispy thin fries, onion rings and toasted garlic bread on the side. The wide selection of dishes makes it easy for anyone with a restricted diet to pick and choose what they prefer.

TATLER TIP: Come ravenous as the 'We Grill, You Chill' platter is well-portioned.

The dinner platter also comes with bespoke condiments including salt in various flavours—lemon, basil and chilli—and sauces such as curry mayo, chimichurri, traditional BBQ sauce and an Asian-inspired sauce reminiscent of our favourite satay peanut sauce.

We couldn't stop seasoning our meats and smothering the fries with the lemon salt and chimichurri sauce, which were full of flavour.

Ending with a cherry on top, the dinner is capped with sweet delights. For instance, the bread and butter pudding topped with vanilla ice-cream is not overpowering and a great way to end dinner without feeling too stuffed.

This hearty and protein-packed dinner is great for date nights, family get-togethers or a night out with friends.

TATLER TIP: After dinner head up to Man Tao, the rooftop bar at Hotel Stripes, to enjoy a panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur, delicious sips and easy-going vibes.
