The hotel’s only 24/7 bar and lounge offers an all-day a la carte menu, a wide array of drinks, and a bespoke tea service unlike any other.

TATLER FOCUS

Taking over the space next to buffet restaurant Rise is Marina Bay Sands' only 24/7 bar and lounge. And you know what that means. Whether you’re craving for a hearty breakfast at 6am or are in need of a night cap at past midnight, it's never too early nor too late.

Executive chef William Tan has crafted a sumptuous all-day a la carte menu of Asian-inspired dishes; offerings include a Boston lobster hash and an Alaskan king crab dashi jelly.

The lounge also prides itself in its tea collection, so an afternoon tea visit is a must. Drop by any day, between 2pm and 4pm, and let its tea masters recommend blends based on your personal preference.

And you don't have stick with your usual green or earl grey tea fix. Not when there are 13 unique flavours to choose from, including uniquely Singaporean blends, such as Nasi Lemak and Mango Sticky Rice. The selection is by local tea atelier, Ette, which has also come up with two exclusive offerings for Renku—the Marina Pearls, a mellow concoction with subtle jasmine aroma, and the Durian Lapis, which is black tea paired with the king of fruits.

Pair these with a medley of sweet and savoury nibbles, from the prawn avocado with tobiko aioli to the tomato and burrata with macadamia pesto, as well as freshly baked traditional scones.

Drinks include tea-infused cocktails and beers, among others, and are available all day. One sweet but potent concoction is the Rosella, made with Citadelle Original Gin, Cocchi Rosa, Champagne and Wild Forest Berry Tea, as well as the smooth and refreshing Renku Lager, which fuses green tea with Northern Brewer hops.
