The St. Regis Singapore's casual Italian restaurant, La Brezza, is now offering a Prosecco Brunch every Sunday. Along with fresh Italian comfort fare, savour the smooth and crisp Prosecco D.O.C Ca'del Sette that has lively hints of cantaloupe and pear.
La Brezza’s atmosphere is equally as vibrant with large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the inviting pool of The St. Regis Singapore. Every Sunday, a semi-buffet brunch with unlimited Prosecco will be available from 12-3pm at $98++ per person.
The antipasti is presented buffet-style at several counters in the restaurant. The selection of cheese is our favourite with burrata and fior di latte served alongside san marzano tomatoes, Sardinia green tomatoes and Pachino cherries. As for hard cheeses, the provolone, Taleggio and pecorino are also superb and served with nuts and dried fruits. Cold salads with artichoke, green asparagus and marinated porcini are also included in the spread.
The mains and desserts are ordered off the menu. The Pizza Margherita is a well-executed classic dish with a good balance of tomato sauce and young mozzarella cheese. The Uovo Tartufate e Fontina is a rich dish that is perfect for brunch – eggs poached for 45 minutes and served with fontina and truffle sauce. From the outdoor charcoal grill, try the tender lamb chop with lemon-mint marinade and the seabass that is served with a delicious creamy pistachio sauce. The dessert offering is limited but includes Italian favourites like tiramisu, gelato and cannoli.
