For a very limited time, guest chef Hirohashi Nobuaki of Ushidoki takes over The Library's kitchen to offer an amazing wagyu beef kaiseki experience.

For 5 days only, The Library at The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur will be hosting a fine wagyu kaiseki meal, a speciality menu created and cooked by guest chef Hirohashi Nobuaki, coming from his own restaurant in Singapore called Ushidoki.

Chef Nobuaki will be taking over The Library's kitchen from June 26 to 30, offering diners a 4-course dinner priced from RM350.

With more than three decades of kaiseki experience under his belt, which is the art of preparing multi-course meals that reflect the current season in Japan, you can be sure this will be a meal to remember.

The Osaka-born chef combines his love for wagyu beef and kaiseki dining, creating meals that showcase not only his distinctive set of skills, but also the quality ingredients he highlights in his meal.
