The gastro-beer station from Yangon is heading to Hong Kong for a one-night exclusive event

This month, Potato Head Hong Kong will be home to an exclusive one-night-only event featuring Port Autonomy from Yangon, Myanmar, which is currently on hiatus. Port Autonomy is one of the many F&B concepts by Pun + Projects, helmed by Generation T-alumnus and 500-lister Ivan Pun. The event will transport guests to the tropical ambiance of the Yangon restaurant, that doubles as a contemporary Burmese beer hall. Guests can also sample dishes from a seven-course menu by Port Autonomy’s own chef Kevin Ching, who is inspired by culinary concepts from Mexico, Korea, Myanmar, and Vietnam.
