Chef Didier Quennouelle of The Murray’s rooftop restaurant is presenting new selection of afternoon delights

Celebrating an uplifting array of lunch delights, chef Didier Quennouelle of The Murray’s Popinjays is presenting a new lunch menu featuring dishes prepared with the season’s best ingredients. Guests can indulge in a selection of lunch dishes such as burratina cheese paired with Philibon sweet melon, tomato salsa and balsamic dressing, or smoked organic salmon served atop crispy potato cake with lemon sour cream. A range of main courses are available on the newly-launched lunch menu, including spring risotto with aged Acquerello rice and smoked almond emulsion, black Angus beef short-ribs with potato puree and glazed summer vegetables, and arctic char fillet with baby spinach, arugula salad and three-basil butter sauce. The lunch menu completes with a fruity selection of desserts, from berry salad to exotic fruit choux. Popinjays’ two-course lunch menu is priced at HK$490 per person, while three-course option is HK$590 per person, available Tuesdays to Fridays from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
