Hilton Manila’s new premium offering invites guests to step into the hotel’s luxury, outdoor air-conditioned bubble pods overlooking the picturesque Vega pool. In these magical "Vubbles", guests get to enjoy a well-curated menu by executive chef Benoit Chargy along with a host of other bespoke touches. From the second you arrive at the lobby, till the moment you settle in after a delicious meal, it’s sure to be an unforgettable experience.

The premium journey begins with poolside welcome cocktails offered by your own designated Vubble butler. The butler then welcomes guests to their private Vubble, masterfully running through the evening’s five-course culinary specialities and premium wine matches. For guests’ ease of mind, the butler will also introduce Hilton’s CleanStay health and safety practices and new digital innovations.

Once settled inside the Vubble Pod, the butler assists guests in creating their desired, personalised ambience by guiding them to connect their personal phones to the Bluetooth speakers so that they may play their favourite tunes. Guests will also be presented with a Polaroid camera and a personalized menu card, which acts as a photo frame to create instant take home memorabilia.

Some of the gastronomic highlights include: Waldorf salad with apple mikado, caramelized walnuts, celeriac purée and duck leg confit; barbeque grilled U.S. Angus tomahawk steak marinated with black cardamom; whole lobster; and Grand Marnier flambéed crêpe Suzette with vanilla ice cream - all of which are cooked a la minute, Gueridon style.

Sharing his excitement about the experience, hotel general manager Simon McGrath says “our team has carefully mapped out a ‘premium Vubble’ dining journey that ensures all of our guests a worry-free luxury dining experience from start to finish.” He continues, adding “we look forward to welcoming guests who are seeking a private environment and fine dining food offerings amidst a unique and luxe setting.
