Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur will be hosting a one-week only special Turkish food buffet at their all-day dining outlet Mosaic this March 19 to 25.
Three specialty guest chefs, led by Chef de Cuisine Murat Donmez, will create an array of delicacies that includes classic cold appetisers such as hummus, traditional Turkish cheeses, a variety of hot soups and a robust selection of main courses.
There will even be a kebab station present, along with a spread of Turkish pide, otherwise known as Turkish pizzas.
