When jazz meets izakaya, you get Silencio’s Jazzakaya brunch. Jazzing up Hong Kong’s brunch scene, Silencio is offering a champagne-fuelled brunch of unlimited sashimi, maki, tempura and yakitori, followed by a choice of main course and signature desserts.
A delectable selection of sweet and savoury mains will be on offer, with highlights including a sushi doughnut covered in salmon, tuna, scallop, avocado and topped with salmon roe and a soft-poached egg; kugeso, a stack of mochi pancakes served with maple syrup and a choice of seasonal berries or Canadian bacon; and wagyu sando made with succulent Miyazaki A4 wagyu tenderloin set between two slices of Hokkaido milk bread.
An assorted dessert platter will conclude the experience, featuring red bean cake, earl grey crème brûlée, yuzu tart, matcha and adzuki cake, and black sesame ice cream.

When it comes to contemporary French fare, Belon is a firm favourite. Previously, the establishment only served lunch on Sundays, but it has now extended the menu to Saturdays—which means its famed "three yellow" chicken will be served in a leisurely lunch fashion. Diners will get to enjoy chef Daniel Calvert’s other notable dishes, including the expertly seasoned oyster tartare, beautifully balanced salade nicoise with Japanese shima aji and refreshing basil scarpinocc served with burrata and fruit tomatoes.
The dessert is yet another highlight—the millefeuille is a classic and rounds off the lunch (or late breakfast) with a satisfying finish. The weekend lunch menu places an emphasis on seasonal ingredients, which means the dishes rotate regularly to reflect the finest and freshest produce.

Kinship has given its weekend brunch a refreshing update, combining favourites from the previous alternating British-American brunch menu. Hearty brunch staples will be on the menu, featuring sharing plates of American-style southern biscuits served with sausage gravy, roast pudding and egg, salted baked beet and citrus and corned beef hash.
For mains, guests can choose from roast sirloin of beef served with potatoes, gravy and Yorkshire pudding; fried chicken and waffles; and a sumptuous stack of pancakes layered with bacon, peanut butter and maple syrup. Top it off with one of the new weekend specials, available a la carte, which include BBQ pork benny enhanced with beurre noisette hollandaise and rocket salad, as well as a smashed avocado toast. The no-frills sundae, included in the brunch menu, is a winner to round off the weekend feast.

Celebrate the weekend with a lavish omakase brunch at Whisk, featuring a five-course menu of modern French-Japanese fare with options to top up with unlimited freshly shucked French oysters, all-you-can-eat desserts and free-flow wines and soft drinks.
Each course offers a choice between two dishes, with seasonal items including hamachi sashimi with dill oil, pomelo and edible flowers, marbled char-grilled Ozaki wagyu beef from Miyazaki with burnt carrots and shishito, and a Japanese uni, lobster jelly, abalone and kegani crab with shiso flowers served chilled on a lotus leaf.

Independent wine bar Thinkwine is bringing together two best things in life: fine wines and weekend brunch for the city’s most discerning brunch goers.
The menu begins with a selection of fine aged French cheeses and slices of acorn-fed Spanish Iberico ham. For an additional HK$60, guests can opt for six Fine de Claire No. 3 oysters. The main course is a choice between Mediterranean quiche, a fresh-baked egg tart with dried tomato, olives and feta cheese, or for an additional HK$90, the “Dragon Dog” hot dog with chunks of juicy lobster, black truffle and red wine mustard. The last course, aptly named “Stop Thinking”, comes with a decadent chocolate tart or a zesty lemon tart.

Dang Wen Li by Dominique Ansel may not be the first place that comes to mind when it comes to a weekend brunch, but the world-renowned chef’s first Hong Kong outpost has all the pastries and desserts you could ever want to treat yourself on the weekend.
We’re talking about fish balls, the beloved local snack, which is made from red bean ice cream mochi that is torched to order until caramelised; or the iconic lemon tea juice box, a nostalgic nod to childhood memories familiar to Hongkongers, filled with bergamot curd and earl grey mascarpone mousse. Ansel’s take on the classic pineapple bun is also not to be missed, disguised in a coconut mousse “bun” filled with pineapple, lime and passionfruit jam.
Beyond the sweet treats, savory items like egg katsu sando, turnip cake soft scrambled egg sandwich, and omelette soufflé will also be served.

Shane Osborn’s Cornerstone may be easily overlooked when you walk on Hollywood Road, but the food alone is something worth looking for.

Not one to shy away from a lavish affair, Madame Fu has launched a new Saturday brunch menu to celebrate the weekend in style. The city’s dim sum lovers and discerning diners are in for a treat, as the new menu features irresistible Chinese classics and free-flow drinks packages to suit every taste.

Jalan is transporting guests to the streets of Penang with a spread of hawker-style delights inspired by the Malaysian street food culture—served on the last Sunday of every month.
True to the traditions of Malay meals in family style, the “long lunch” will feature two styles of rice, Nasi Kerabu and Nasi Campur, served on the banana leaves. All the dishes are designed for sharing, including the whole fried market fish, crispy vegetable skewers, green sambal roasted chicken and skate wing wrapped in banana leaves.
Desserts will highlight classic Malay flavours using ingredients like coconut, pandan leaf and seasonal fruits. Be sure to save room for the Milo doughnuts, a sweet treat filled with malt chocolate mousse and lightly coated with sugar.

In spirit of Carnaval do Rio de Janeiro, Uma Nota is bringing the festivities to Hong Kong with its first night brunch. Eat, drink and dance the night away at this one-night-only brunch experience, where you will sample Brazilian street food favourites and unlimited servings of Brazil’s national cocktail—caipirinha.
The menu will feature eight delightful dishes to share, including fresh oysters with acai snow; hearty coxinhas de frango dumplings with homemade chilli sauce; lula grelhada, a flavoursome dish of grilled squid served with cassava farofa and fresh salad; and picanha, beef rump cap with roasted potatoes.
