Madam Sixty Ate, the restaurant at J Senses in Wan Chai, is introducing a new afternoon tea set available on Sundays between 3pm and 5.30pm, priced at HK$300 for two. The “Bliss High Tea” menu features sweet and savoury items all made in-house by head chef Shaun Anthony, which include:

- Scones served with Madam’s marmalade
- Cured duck ham with compressed melon, mostarda gel and balsamic pearls
- Crisp crackling pork wafer with baked plum gel and herbed shallot salad
- PB&J: smoked peanut butter dacquoise with Madam Sixty Ate raspberry jam

Chef Anthony has also created a special blue macaron that mimics the lemon and sage notes in the complimentary body butter given to each guest who orders the tea set.
