This May, Hokkaidon is launching a Mother’s Day celebration at Taikoo’s Hokkaidon, where guests can indulge in a range of delicacies with sustainable tuna sourced from Japan. The new tuna signature dishes include assorted tuna belly don (rice bowls), tuna salad with assorted vegetables, ‘Yukhoe’ tuna with avocado, grilled tuna jaw, as well as tuna miso soup. The new tuna dishes are available as a set menu for two, priced at HK$598.
