Celebrate the autumn with an eight-course feast at K.O. Dining’s Chinese restaurant
To celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival, Yu Lei executive chef Miki Imagawa has created two tantalising menus that represent some of the best of Chinese cuisine. Chef Miki integrates both Chinese and Japanese ingredients into the dishes, a signature of his cooking style. Both menus include an eight-course feast, with the HK$888 menu highlighted by the conger pike eel soup with matsutake mushrooms and winter melon, and the HK$1,380 menu including:
- Wok-fried Boston lobster and matsutake mushroom with sea urchin
- Steamed grouper with supreme soup, made with chicken broth, Chinese jinhua ham, dried scallops and mushrooms
Head over to K.O. Dining’s Chinese restaurant between September 17 to 19 to enjoy these meals, available for dinner only.
