The father-son chef duo is set for three-day collaboration with Nicolas Boutin

This February, France’s famed master chef Michel Troisgros is teaming up with his son Leo in a culinary showcase at Épure. Joined by pastry Michele Abbatemarco, the chef team will launch a rare collaboration with Nicolas Boutin, Épure’s executive chef, in Hong Kong for three consecutive nights of culinary greatness.  


Michel and Leo Troisgros are set to put a spin on a collaborating tasting menu with prized ingredients such as French winter black truffles, crayfish, and scallops, savoured through dishes prepared with two generations of Troisgros legacy in refined French gastronomy. The exclusive tasting dinner menu is priced at HK$4,888 per person.
