While familiar favourites make an appearance, other uncommon Thai delicacies also make the cut, such as gaeng gari gae (yellow lamb curry with onion and potato), goong phad naam prig pow (stir-fried prawns with chilli jam and sweet basil leaves) and many more dishes to try out.

To end the meal, a selection of Thai sweets the likes of tub tim grob (water chestnut rubies in sweetened coconut milk) and mango sticky rice, amongst others, are up for grabs.
