The 8,000 square feet establishment combines a French restaurant, cocktail bar, and champagne lounge under one roof

Maison Eight, a new wine and dine establishment, is set to open end of April this year, showcasing the best of bar culture and dining under one roof.

Set to open this month, Maison Eight houses four concepts in one destination:

- Esmé, a French restaurant featuring an extensive boutique wine list
- Salvatore at Maison Eight, a cocktail bar headed by Fabien Marcault, protégé of Salvatore Calabrese.  The bar brings a creative Asian twist to timeless signatures.
- The Ballroom, a salon and lounge venue set for lunches, afternoon teas and private gatherings.
- Le Club 1829, the premiere Bollinger Champagne room with vintage-inspired design complete with access to adjacent wine cellar with the capacity of 2,300 bottles including the Champagne brand’s complete collection of all cuvees and key intages.

Maison Eight is set to open end of April 2016.
