The Japanese restaurant at Hotel Okura Macau showcases winter warming delights throughout the month of February 2020

This winter, stay warm with Japanese shabu shabu at Macau’s Yamazato. The celebrated restaurant at Cotai’s Hotel Okura Macau is launching the popular hot pot featuring Berkshire pork from Kagoshima. Guests can choose from a platter heaped with paper-thin slices of the succulent pork, shiitake mushrooms and fresh vegetable; together with a choice between rice or noodles. The ingredients are cooked lightly in a pot of simmering kelp, served alongside a savoury sesame or citrusy ponzu sauce. The brand new Kagoshima Berkshire pork shabu shabu kaiseki menu also includes a seasonal assorted appetiser platter; seasonal soup, complete with three varieties of sashimi; seasonal grilled fish; chawanmushi; a choice of udon or rice and seasonal fruits. The season-exclusive treat is priced at MOP 1,000 per person with a minimum order for two, available from February 6 to April 5, 2020.
