After a successful pop-up run at Ozone of the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong in 2016, London’s esteemed Duck & Waffle is returning to Hong Kong. Taking space at the IFC Mall in Central, the popular eatery is set to present its seasonal dishes to Hong Kong.  
 
Celebrated for its rustic delights including the restaurant’s signature Duck & Waffle dish, where crispy duck leg confit is served alongside fried duck egg, crisp waffles and mustard maple syrup, the Hong Kong branch will showcase its contemporary take on British cuisine with broad European influence, where dishes are paired with innovative cocktails.
