The W’s Chinese restaurant introduces a seasonal menu featuring fresh lobsters from around the world
Sing Yin, the signature Chinese restaurant at the W Hotel is capitalising on the summer seafood craze with a seasonal menu featuring fresh lobsters from around the world, including Australia, South Africa and Boston. Famous for his creative touches on traditional Chinese dishes, the hotel’s executive Chinese chef Bryan Lee will prepares lobsters in a way that promises to take all seafood lovers on an exceptional gastronomic journey. Highlights from this menu include the South African live lobster, cooked in bean curd, diced pork and chilli sauce to bring out the meat’s tender texture and flavour. Another highlight is the Boston live lobster, which is braised in black truffle sauce and sweet shrimp paste.
These special lobster delicacies are available from July 5 to August 31 and are priced at HK$198 to HK368 except for the Australian lobster dishes, which are priced at HK$88 per tael.
