Lan Kwai Fong’s Porterhouse Launches New Christmas Offerings
Inspired by Europe’s abundance of festive food celebrations, Lan Kwai Fong’s Porterhouse is home to a Christmas menu that features the continent’s signature holiday classics. Highlights include quail egg with beef rillette and caviar; venison loin with carrot puree; and truffle and foie gras tortellini. Other notable dishes include Porterhouse’s popular braised oxtaio ravioli; bone marrow with beef rillette and thousand truffle pancake. The restaurant’s brunch buffet covers a wide selection of seafood including oysters, crabs, and lobsters, as well as carvery items such as roasted turkey and wagyu rump and Christmas desserts. Takeaway and deliveries are also available for guests celebrating at home, with a special 25 percent discount for all orders for takeaway dishes.
