The Cantonese all-day dining establishment is set to present travellers with its famous Chinese barbecue, dim sum and signature dishes

Celebrating premium Cantonese fare, refined Chinese restaurant Duddell’s has opened its third location, following Central’s flagship establishment and an overseas opening in London, at the Hong Kong International Airport. The new Chinese all-day dining restaurant is taking up a new location at the food court at the Departure Hall, serving its dim sum varieties, barbecue offerings and signature dishes to travellers.

The new eatery opens round the clock, with its restaurant offerings prepared fresh on site. Guests can indulge in Duddell’s signature items such as pork and shrimp dumpling with conpoy; freshly rolled rice rolls with barbecued pork; abalone puffs with diced chicken; as well as the restaurant’s popular sweet and sour crispy pork with pineapple; braised abalone rice with scallop and scallion, and vegetarian options prepared with plant-based Omnipork.

Celebrating the opening of the new location, the airport restaurant will be featuring Cantonese roast goose. Geese from Foshan are marinated for two days before they are freshly roasted in on-site roasting ovens and served with the restaurant’s house-made plum sauce. The iconic goose will be available dine-in and in a gift box as part of the restaurant’s extensive takeaway menu, which covers grab-and-go items including barbecued pork and soya chicken bento boxes, complete with drinks options such as premium cold brew tea, bottled kombucha, and local classics such as milk tea, cold-pressed juices and beers.
