What happens when you put 16 world-class chefs, 4 innovative mixologists, incredible live music and a whole host of food and drink experiences together at an iconic Hong Kong location?
Off Menu, a new food and drink festival organised by Tatler Dining Hong Kong was a three-day event, hosted on the rooftop terrace of the newly renovated Peak Galleria from November 15-17, 2019. It was a resounding success, bringing together the best of local and international talent for a never-before-done combination of chef collaborations and inventive mixology underscored by a theme dedicated to Hong Kong. The line-up of chefs featured top names from around the city as well as familiar faces from leading Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, who paired up to create 12 truly "off menu" dishes for over 1300 guests.

Renowned sushi chef Mitsuhiro Araki made a special appearance each day to demonstrate his tuna carving skills and to serve delicate nigiri in the VIP sponsor lounge, which also featured a Beau Joie champagne and Royal Caviar Club caviar bar. A roster of young rising star chefs also impressed the crowd with their take on local flavours, while four top bars in Hong Kong shook things up with their bespoke cocktails and mocktails anchored on classic Hong Kong flavours as well as spirits from Talisker, Tanqueray, Don Julio and non-alcoholic offering Seedlip; the event also saw the exclusive presentation of Baijiu Beer by The Baijiu Society as well as natural wines and coffee drinks from local champions Interval Coffee Bar. Local legend DJ Kulu and indie band Mukzi & The Island provided ear candy for guests.
