Indulge in classic festive dining over the warm ambience of Sunset Grill while surrounded by mountains and the light sounds of a DJ mixing tunes. Luncheons are available every Monday to Friday from November 29 until December 24, priced from HK$268 for two courses and HK$298 for three courses. Mains include sautéed gnocchi chestnut, turkey escalope, Mediterranean sea bass, and Australian M3 striploin, with a dessert of either spiced plum crumble tart or cranachan raspberry & whiskey cream.

The sumptuous Festive Set Dinner is available on December 24, 25 and 31 and is priced at HK$1,100 per person. The selection of main courses includes chargrilled grass-fed beef fillet and line-caught Atlantic sea bass, while dessert is the classic flambé baked Alaska. An optional wine pairing adds extra fizz to your festivities for HK$170 per glass.

The festive season all about sharing moments, and Sunset Grill’s Christmas champagne brunch is a feast to celebrate the season. The brunch starts with its seafood sharing platter, followed by sharing starters which include Australian tenderloin steak tartare, crab cake, and confit turkey salad chicory. The main courses comprise perfectly charcoal-grilled Australian grain-fed stockyard bone-in rib-eye steak for two; succulent New Zealand lamb rack, turkey escalope and pan-fried sea bass and more. The brunch menu is priced at HK$888 per person with an optional two hours of free flow VCP champagne, cocktails, beer and wine for an additional HK$388. A dedicated kids menu is available for HK$188.

Party menus for private celebrations are available from HK$500 per person, for a minimum of 8 persons. Highlights from the menu include beetroot & gin cured gravlax salmon, signature steak tartare, whole line-caught wild Atlantic sea bass, stockyard bone-in rib-eye and more. To make your celebrations go with a pop, two-hour free-flow drinks package which VCP champagne, mulled wine, egg nog, as well as house wines, beers are available for HK$388 per head.

Join the New Year’s Eve countdown party at Sunset Grill from 11:00pm to 2:00am on December 31 at Sunset Grill. The party includes two glasses of VCP champagne per person, priced at HK$600 each. Canapés are served throughout the night and you can dance into the new year with the live DJ.
